Up at Timberline lodge. 12" of snow on the ground. Ski grounds aren't open yet so we grabbed a drink in the historic lodge. If you recognize the outside, it's because it was the exterior shot for the movie, The Shining. Built at the height of the Great Depression, it has solid timber beams that are over 2' wide.
