Eric's chair was included in a gallery showing that opened on Wednesday Oct 1. ShowPDX http://www.showpdx.com/ had over 600 visitors the first night to the gallery in the architecture wing of Portland State University. Eric's chair was up on the mezzanine with some of the other larger pieces.
Eric's was one of the only fiberglass pieces in the show, looking very modern amongst the wood and crafty designs.
Notice that wonderful bio sheet! Yes, Eric's wonderful wife did that bio sheet, a work of art I must say.
Our friends from our office came to cheer Eric on during the opening night as well. We had a good showing that then went out to dinner afterwards. Hey, Kris Day even showed up!

Eric,
I sat in your chair! It's comfy. Looks as if yours was too modern for the judges - that's too bad for them.
Keep up the creativity!

Eric...we are proud as usual. We would have LOVED to be there so we could have shared in the excitement as we did at the Chicago show. Congrats!!!
Melissa...before I saw your comment I thought...WOW...great looking Bio!!! You two sure are talented.
