SNOW!!! and timberline lodge
Up at Timberline lodge. 12" of snow on the ground. Ski grounds aren't open yet so we grabbed a drink in the historic lodge. If you recognize the outside, it's because it was the exterior shot for the movie, The Shining. Built at the height of the Great Depression, it has solid timber beams that are over 2' wide.
Eric and Kirby, Amy's husband. We met up with them as they have a house on Mt. Hood near Government Camp.

First Day of School!
off he goes...at 6:30am. Roxi never knew what hit her. what crazy person gets up that early? her tummy alarm was very confused.
