Petsmart gave Kitty a free toy so we got her this laser light that attaches to her collar. Really, it's just a form of entertainment for the owner. I'm glad it was free though - it wasn't really worth $8.

So after joining the A-list at Archery Summit, tasting at Sokol, and secret shopper at Adelsheim, we were a little wined out. We are stocked up though. :)

Sauvie Island Sunset Picnic at the Beach

4th of July

So I have no pictures from our actual festivities, just beforehand. We did yard work to pull up all our weeds (which we will be telling our landlord about) and cleaned the house and got all the food ready. These two were so tired they passed out together on the bed. The cat wasn't far away but collapsed in the hallway. I had to wake all up to get ready for our canadian guests. We had a great cookout with wonderful food and pie!! Then fireworks on the roof of Carmen's office. Very easy and painless with a parking pass. I guess that $200/mo for parking is slightly justified, at least this month.
